​For over a decade, I have been providing coaching support to schools and colleges, working closely with teachers and netball staff to boost their confidence, knowledge, and understanding of the game—both in the UK and the Middle East.

I can design and deliver tailored coaching sessions to meet your specific needs, whether it’s introducing basic netball skills, developing a deeper understanding of the game’s principles, or challenging high-performance players looking to refine their abilities.

I also work with a range of age groups, including younger players through the Bee Netball programme for children aged 5-11. These fun, engaging sessions focus on the fundamental skills of netball—throwing, catching, footwork, and shooting—helping children build a strong foundation as they begin their netball journey.

To support long-term development, I’ve created a Gilly Salter Sports six-week resource booklet, designed to empower coaches and teachers, giving them the confidence to continue delivering netball training beyond the initial coaching programme.

For older students in Years 7-13, I offer intensive pre-season camps, primarily within the private school sector. These two-day performance camps focus on a combination of technical and tactical skills, ensuring players are challenged according to their ability and experience level.
